At AI Interview Platform, we strive to provide the best possible service. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Once payment is completed and an interview session is booked, no refunds will be issued. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.
1. Payment Overview
- Pay-Per-Interview: ₹99 (10 min), ₹199 (30 min)
- Payment Gateway: Razorpay (secure and encrypted)
- Access Grant: Immediate upon successful payment verification
- No Recurring Charges: Pay only for interviews you book
2. No Refunds — All Sales Are Final
All payments made on this platform are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Interview sessions that have been used (fully or partially)
- Interview sessions that have been booked but not yet used
- Payments for any interview duration (10 or 30 minutes)
- Change of mind after completing payment
By proceeding with a payment, you confirm that you understand the service being purchased and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate charges: If your account was charged more than once for the same session due to a payment processing error
- Incorrect charges to whitelisted users: If you were charged for your first 10-minute interview despite being on the whitelist
In these cases, contact us at hello@hirebox.in with your payment transaction ID and we will investigate.
4. Whitelisted Users (Free Access)
- Whitelisted users receive 1 free 10-minute interview
- No payment is required for the first interview
- No refunds apply to the free interview (no payment was made)
- Subsequent interviews require payment based on duration (₹99-199)
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Payment:
- You can close the payment window at any time before completing payment
- No charges will be made if payment is not completed
After Payment:
- Interview booking is confirmed immediately upon payment
- No cancellations or refunds are available after payment is completed
- No automatic renewals or recurring charges
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues during a paid interview session:
- Contact us at hello@hirebox.in
- We will attempt to resolve the issue or reschedule your session
- Technical issues do not qualify for a refund
- Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements (stable internet, modern browser, camera, microphone) before starting
7. Payment Failures
- If payment fails, no access is granted and no charges are made
- You can retry payment at any time
- Contact your bank if you see a temporary hold on your card after a failed payment
8. Account Deletion
- You can request account deletion at any time
- Deleting your account does not entitle you to any refund for past payments
- Interview data will be permanently deleted upon account deletion
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a payment dispute:
- Contact us first at hello@hirebox.in
- We will work to resolve the issue within 5 business days
- If unresolved, you may contact Razorpay support
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
