Welcome to AI Interview Platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

AI Interview Platform provides:

• AI-powered mock interview simulations
• Real-time video and audio interview sessions
• Performance evaluation and feedback
• Interview transcripts and analytics

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• One account per user - creating multiple accounts is prohibited

4. Account Types and Access

Whitelisted Users (Invite-Only):

• Receive one (1) complimentary 10-minute interview session
• Must pay per interview for additional sessions
• Cannot transfer or share invitation privileges

Pay-Per-Interview Users:

• Pay for each interview session individually
• Pricing: ₹99 (10 min), ₹199 (30 min)
• Choice of interview durations (10 or 30 minutes)
• Access to all platform features
• No recurring fees or subscriptions

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment is required before each interview session
• Each payment is for a single interview session of the selected duration
• All sales are final — no refunds will be issued once payment is completed
• We reserve the right to modify pricing for future bookings

6. No Refunds Policy

All payments are non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Record or distribute interview content without permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform
• Upload malicious code or spam
• Impersonate another person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, design, and code are owned by AI Interview Platform
• You retain ownership of your interview responses
• We may use anonymized interview data to improve our AI models
• You grant us a license to process and analyze your interview data

9. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• Technical requirements: stable internet, modern browser, camera, microphone

10. AI-Generated Content

• Interview responses and evaluations are generated by AI
• AI feedback is for practice purposes only and not professional advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI evaluations
• You should not rely solely on AI feedback for career decisions

11. Data and Privacy

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Interview sessions are recorded for evaluation purposes
• You can request deletion of your data at any time
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session
• We are not responsible for job interview outcomes
• We are not liable for technical issues on your device or network

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You abuse the platform or harass other users
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

15. Modifications to Service

• We may modify or discontinue features at any time
• We will provide notice of significant changes when possible
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
