How do I start an interview?

After booking, you'll receive an email with your interview link. Click the link when you're ready to start. Make sure you have a working camera and microphone.

What happens if my interview gets disconnected?

Contact us at hello@hirebox.in with your session ID. We'll help you resume or reschedule your interview.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final and no refunds are issued once payment is completed. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a purchase.

How long does it take to get my interview evaluation?

Evaluations are generated immediately after your interview ends and can be accessed from the admin panel or via email.

Is my interview data secure?

Yes, all data is encrypted and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security measures.

Can I practice multiple times?

Whitelisted users get 1 free 10-minute interview. Additional interviews can be booked on a pay-per-session basis (₹99-₹199 depending on duration).
